What's just around the bend for your team?

Beginning the next phase of your journey can be exciting and a little intimidating too.

I can help you at every step of your team's journey, from your first conversations through your celebration of success.

When I work with teams, we start with a consultation and work together to develop a fully customized approach to achieving their goals.

We can use many different tools along the way.

Check out just a few of the ways that we can work together productively, inclusivity, and most importantly, in a way that feels safe and FUN for your team!

HOPE Champion

I am a certified Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences (HOPE) technical assistance provider. I assist teams in infusing strengths-based approaches into their policies, practices, and internal culture.

Liberating Structures

Liberating Structures are easy-to-learn microstructures that enhance relational coordination and trust. They set the stage lively participation in groups of any size, making it possible to truly include and unleash everyone.

Emotional Culture Deck

Want to make sure that your team knows what it needs to be successful before beginning the work? The Emotional Culture Deck is a fun, easy way to tap into the power of emotions and make sure everyone starts in on the work understanding what their team wants and needs to feel most (and least) in their work together. I am a Qualified ECD Practitioner and would love to integrate this into our work together.

Performance Improvement

Identify opportunities for improvements and develop objective measures of your progress. I have engaged in performance improvement with non-profit and government-based teams on evaluating and improving programming and services.

Strategic Planning

Develop a vision for your team's work and build a plan to get there! With my strategic planning clients, I use a slightly adapted, trauma-informed version of the Technology of Participation (ToP) Strategic Planning model that emphasizes context, practical visions, blocks and barriers, strategic directions, and evidence-based implementation approaches.

Implementation Practice

Implementation practice requires careful planning, thoughtful discussion, and inclusive engagement of those who want to make the change, those who are responsible for making the change, those impacted most by the change, and those trained to walk everyone through the process. I have experience working with programs on the implementation of their ideas using a data-to-action framework and am a Level 1 Implementation Support Specialist through The Center for Implementation.

How It Works

01 Share your vision

We will set up a consultation session where we talk through your ideas for the project or technical assistance need and my ideas for an approach forward.

02 Set Budget & timeline

It's important to make sure that our plan fits your budget, timeline, and hopes for the project.

03 Design And Plan

Once we have a vision, a budget, and a timeline, we can start building out a plan. This part of the project typically involves discussing materials review, live sessions, document design, and ongoing support.

04 Bring The Plan to Life

After all of that planning and information gathering, it's time to put our plan in action. (This part is usually the most fun!)
